CFU is thrilled to host two very special events with well-known Colorado photographer John Fielder on November 2, 2023.
In the afternoon (4:30-6:30pm) , please join Mr. Fielder for the John Fielder Photography Workshop Slide Lecture. Using illustrative images from his portfolio, Mr. Fielder will speak on how to create effective and dynamic compositions, as well as other professional photographic techniques. This seminar is appropriate for any level–beginning to advanced–to join and walk away with insights to apply to their own photography. It’s a rare chance — enroll early to reserve your spot!
In the evening (7-8:15pm), join 40 Years Exploring Colorado and Trying to Keep it Beautiful! With John Fielder for a photographic journey around our beautiful state and hear more about his experiences and observations on the changes he’s seen over the years. Full of anecdote and breathtaking images, then & now photographs from his iconic millennium project Colorado 1870-2000, and discuss where Colorado has been and where it is headed.
Books and calendars will be available for purchase and signing before and after the show.
