Rachel Iacino is a trained Cordon Bleu chef who breaks it down in these basic cooking classes. Learn to cook chicken, eggs and salads, seafood, and meat, while learning techniques that you can use in all the dishes you cook. Rachel also teaches a fun class entitled “Tea for the Duchess of Bedfordshire” where you learn to make the yummy items that go with British tea.
