Snap Some Super Photos!

Summer is the time to snap some super photos and CFU can give you the tools. Our classes give you the skills and the practice you need to take and then enhance quality pictures.

7/20–Digital SLR Camera Quickstart–Learn to use the features of your SLR camera in this one afternoon class. Keith Maull of Picture the Day Photography has taught this class at CFU for several years.
7/21–Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0  This hands-on full day class is taught in our CompuSkills computer training lab.  We all know that today, Photoshop is the key to creating great pictures.
8/9–Adobe Lightroom: Create and Inspire!  Lilghtroom 5 provides a comprehensive set of ditial photograpy toos to hlp you manage, develop and share photos.  Class is hands-on in our CompuSkills lab and is appropriate for both PC and Mac users.
Starts 8/10 (4 weeks)–Basic Digital Camera Workshop: Let’s Take Some Real Pictures  Bring your camera and join James Dewhirst for an adventure in photography.  This 4 Sunday afternoon workshop is a combination of demonstration and hands-on practice with your camera.  This workshop tends to fill, so register early.
8/11–Smart Phones and Smart Photos: Using and Loving Your Android or iPhone  You have a smart phone, now you need to become a smart user!  Explore all the features of the phone and then learn important tips for using your phone to take quality photos.  Class is taught by James Dewhirst, instructor for the popular 4-week workshop.
