Come out and play!
CFU’s Improv class is an opportunity I don’t think anyone should miss. Improv is one of the best forms of adult play there is. You get out of your head and into the moment. The give and take between yourself and the other participants is energizing and uplifting. You don’t have to be an actor or a performer to do Improv, you just need to be ready to let go a little and allow the kid in you to come out for a while. I think that every adult should try Improv–we all need to loosen up and play a little bit.
