Crash Course in Communication

The ability to read people and good interviewing skills are tremendous assets for anyone. William Morrissette is one of the nation’s leading experts on the components of communication. He is owner and lead trainer of Intuition on Demand, an international consulting and training firm specializing in human behavior analysis and interrogation. In his acclaimed workshops, William translates what we know about human expression and behavior into usable strategies for maximizing the effectiveness of your communication. Prior to establishing Intuition, William served for 10 years as a police officer and forensic psycho-physiologist with the CIA. He has an MA in Human Development from Salve Regina University. The Art & Science of Reading People
This course will introduce participants to the science of human behavior analysis and its relevance to improved communication. Ninety-three percent of human communication is nonverbal. Success at lie detection and effective interviewing requires an ability to interpret the body language that is being revealed. Whether you want to know if your teenager is telling the truth, if it’s time to fold in a poker game, if the subject of your investigation is being candid, or if the guy on the other side of the negotiating table is in earnest, this workshop will give you the tools.
