Thrills on Grills
If you love great tasting and healthy food, grilling is a wonderful way to go! Begin by learning the basics: safety for grilling, knives, and grill maintenance. Discover the difference between direct and indirect grilling, different ways to add flavor, and ten top grilling tips and techniques. As a group, prepare a sampling of grilled treats and enjoy them before leaving class. Trusan has spent many years in the culinary world working with world-class chefs, and offers private in-home cooking classes, as well as personal chef and catering services. He is excited to share his love and knowledge for grilling, along with his experiences and stories. The materials fee includes food and handouts.
