Cooking on a Budget
When you learn to stretch your dollar, the sky’s the limit. Eating well doesn’t have to cost a small fortune. It’s possible to cook great meals even with a small amount of money. Learning the tricks of smart shopping and using budget sensitive recipes can help you create great meals for less. In this hands-on class, instructor Kathryn Schilling will share her top ten money saving shopping tips, as well as some of her favorite low-budget recipes that you will make in class. Enjoy “loaded” mashed potatoes, caramel flan, and make zesty honey mustard dressing for much less than it would cost from the bottle.
