Women’s Fitness Boot Camp
If you’re looking to be toned and confident for bathing suit season, a wedding, or simply everyday, take this class and get a jump-start on looking and feeling great! In this four-week intensive program, learn about balancing your diet, reducing stress, and making the most of your workouts. Each session consists of cardio and weight training, as well as a warm-up, cool-down, and stretching. Become more toned, gain flexibility, and increase your energy. We’ll work hard while having fun! Please wear workout clothes and shoes, and bring a mat, hand weights and water to class. Certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor Angela Agranoff has completed a number of marathons and triathlons. She’s a great motivator who likes to train hard.
