How to Create Your Own Comic Book
Comic books are a wonderful marriage of pictures and words. Superheroes, aliens, crime, suspense, horror, or funny animals—all have a place in the world of comic books. Explore how to create characters, write stories, and draw pages. Get tips on publishing your finished product. This will be a fun way to learn about the process of creating comics and may give you a chance to meet potential collaborators. A team including a writer, a penciler, an inker, letterers and colorists do most comics. So, if you’re a writer needing an artist or a penciler needing an inker, this could be the place.
Sean Stoker has been a professional artist for over 15 years with a life-long love of comic books. Teens 14 years and up are welcome, as well as adults.
